Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and pack it back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
